I have four years of experience in the IT support field. I took inbound calls from clients and customers in the UK and Australian regions. We created service request tickets for their technical issues. It was completely a technical process. I am a home tutor teaching students at home for almost two years. My passion is teaching and communicating with people. My IT support profession was out of interest which I left after marriage. Now, I am completely into teaching. I tutor elementary school and high school students, working on the fundamentals of science, math, and English. These are core subjects that are vital to long-term academic success. It is important to have a strong foundation of knowledge in science, math, and English no matter what you are going to do in life, even if you are not going to pursue advanced academic studies.
