I am an instructor at Beirut Arab University for Steel design and Structure courses. I have had two papers published: Methodology for Predicting the Alternate Block Shear Failure of Beams in Bolted Flange Plate and Double Tee Moment Connections, and Alternate Block Shear in Beams: Experimental and FE Fracture Modeling. I have strong skills that allow me to foster student development as they learn Civil Engineering concepts, whether they are starting from the basics or learning more advanced applications of the fundamentals. As a private tutor, I can help students find ways to connect with the concepts they are learning about in their coursework. I can help them understand the mechanics and structures around them, as well as dive into surveying techniques, environmental engineering, and other concepts.
